When you contact us, we start by having a chat to understand the job you need done. We’ll ask a few questions to get a clear idea of the scope, location, and how soon you’d like it completed. For larger or more involved projects, we’re happy to pop by for a site visit to assess the work properly. During the visit, we’ll take measurements if needed, talk through your options, and provide a clear, no-obligation quote along with a timeframe.
Once everything’s agreed, we’ll lock in a time that suits you. If any materials are required, we’ll sort those out in advance so the job can run smoothly from the get-go. On the day, we’ll arrive on time with all the right tools and equipment, ready to get stuck in. We also make sure everything is safe and properly set up before we begin.
We take care to prepare the area – laying down drop sheets or moving furniture if needed – to protect your space. Then we’ll get to work, whether it’s repairs, installations, or general maintenance. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll let you know straight away and talk through the best way to handle it.
When the job’s done, we make sure everything is cleaned up properly and do a final check to ensure it’s all up to scratch. We’ll then walk you through the finished work to make sure you’re happy. If there’s anything that needs touching up, we’re happy to sort it out then and there.
Once you’re satisfied, we’ll take care of the payment – either on-site or by invoice – and provide a receipt and any paperwork you might need. We may also follow up in a few days, just to check everything’s going well and that you’re still happy with the job.
